Find out where to get quality costumes made on a budget, and maybe even how to make your own props! This July 29, August 5, and 15, join us in LaSalles second ever Cosplay Seminar. Venues for the second and third day have yet to be finalized but day one will be held at the POLCA. The duration is still yet to be decided, but by the end of next week we should have most of the wrinkles worked out.
